Use with OBS Studio
Enhance your live streams by connecting Onlyface with OBS, allowing real-time face swaps with customizable overlays.
Requirements
- →OBS Studio (download from obsproject.com)
- →Virtual audio driver: BlackHole (macOS), VB-Audio (Windows), or JACK (Linux)
Install OBS Studio and a virtual audio driver
Download OBS Studio from obsproject.com. Then install your OS-appropriate virtual audio driver: BlackHole for macOS, VB-Audio Virtual Cable for Windows, or JACK for Linux.
Configure virtual audio for sync
Set up your virtual audio driver to capture system audio. Onlyface introduces a slight video delay — capturing audio separately ensures your voice stays synchronized with the processed video.
Start a Onlyface session and copy the sharing link
Start a Backstage session in Onlyface and apply your chosen persona. Copy the sharing link from the Video Control Panel.
Add Onlyface as a Browser Source in OBS
In OBS, create a new scene and add a Browser Source. Paste the Onlyface sharing link in the URL field. Enable Control audio via OBS, then click Start Virtual Camera.
Go live or join a call
For streaming: configure your RTMP URL and Stream Key in OBS settings, then click Start Streaming. For video calls: select OBS Virtual Camera as your webcam in Zoom or Google Meet.
